Ethen's Talk

Ethen gave a really wonderful talk on the Holy Ghost at Phoebe's baptism. He was so nervous about getting up in front of a big crowd and having to speak, but agreed to do it anyway. He spent a good few days thinking of stories and things to say and even had some visual aids with him like his blanket, gecko, and a necklace. He spoke very clearly and it was even pretty long. We are so very proud of him for getting over his fear of public speaking and really making it a meaningful and special memory. He is such a great kid!

How wonderful for a big brother to take such thought and care for his sister's special day. Ethen will make a great missionary one day! Love, Mom

i love letting the kids come up with their own talks for primary. they always do a great job & i think it helps them be less nervous than if we do it for them. that's impressive that ethan did the talk at the baptism! very cool.
