Out with the Old, In with the Newer

It was time to say goodbye to our Tahoe. We have outgrown it (if that is really possible) and needed to upgrade to a Suburban. We put our Tahoe, with broken A/C, up on Craigslist and sold it 2 days later! I must say we have had awesome success selling cars on there. Always quick and for way more $ than a trade would have been. We needed a vehicle with more cargo room in the back, but most importantly it had to be able to pull our boat. I don't love having to drive a monster car, but with 4 kids, a dog, and a boat there aren't really many options for me. That being said, Scott knows I have a love for blinged out tires and found me a nice one with wheels. Now I have the fun of figuring out all the new buttons! If you know me at all then you know I love lots of buttons in cars :) I will be sooooo happy to have air conditioning back this summer and hopefully gas prices will stay down. Thank you to Scott for working a great deal and getting me a new car... I mean truck. The salesman said it was a nice Valentine's present and although I laughed I do think it counts. Love you!

yeah. Now you will be harder to spot. I could always see you in a giant red SUV. Now we are black SUV twins. They're super fly when clean but hard to keep clean.

I remember when you drove the BRAND NEW Tahoe to visit us in Round Rock. (I think Phoebe and Ethen were both still in car-seats then :) ). Enjoy your new Suburban!

VERY nice! Good job Scott! Paisley looks so tiny next to that big tire (and purdy wheel)! Love, Mom

We call ours the "beast" It had spinners when we first got it and all the cub scouts would point in awe when I pulled up to pick up James

Oh yeah - I got a lot of honks on the road because of them too. We took them off though because AAA can't help you when on the road with those things.

I still miss my mini van though and am hoping the future holds a huge passenger van.....maybe next valentines!
