Pray

Our nephew and cousin Peter is on the downward slide of his tumor. It has been 15 months since he was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor. Please keep him and his family in your prayers at this time. If you would like to learn more about his journey you can access their caring bridge site through this webpage http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/peterbarr . or just click on the pray title above and it will take you there.

I have been reading their blog of their great trip to California. My heart goes out to the brave Barr family. They are an amazing example of faith.

What do you say to a family who is going through that kind of trial? I just know I thank God everyday for my little family and know they are a gift. On a lighter note, isn't blogging addicting? It's almost as bad as watching too much reality TV. I can't get enough!! You be my stalker and I'll be yours. By the way, your parents are so great! I skimmed through their blog. They are with the times-blogging-and all. No joke, my dad just got the internet for him & my mom. Talk about last people on the block to do anything. Well, I'm glad you're on here. Benson was watching Paisley's slideshow. Watch out! He's got his eye on her. Kidding! Talk to you soon.

I am inspired by the spirits of young children afflicted with terminal illness. They face death with diginity and courage. Thanks for sharing Peter's story - we will remeber him and his family in our prayers.

They are lucky to have you guys living so close!

Peter and all of his family are a great inspiration to everyone they come in contact with. We will keep him and his family in our prayers.
