Taking Pictures
When Ethen and Phoebe were toddlers I would take them all over the place and take pictures. I really enjoy finding a pretty scene and taking a great picture. I also loved my film camera and enjoyed the pictures I took with it. It became sorta a hobby for me. Then the kids started school and more little ones added to the family and I haven't taken a lot of time to take pictures like that anymore. Things went digital and I love how I can take 1000 pictures and not have to develope them all, but I haven't spent the time to learn how to take pretty shots with it either. I take lots of pictures, but dont think about them a ton. Yesterday I decided to go and take some shots of Paisley. Really I need a new good picture of her on the the wall. I have a small digital camera because I like the ease of being able to always have it in my purse, but there are times I wish I had a big nice one. I know this little thing should be able to give me some good pictures if I try at all so I read the manual and set out. I was pretty pleased with how a few turned out. These are some of my favorite. Paisley is not the best at taking pictures; she always turns her back to me. I wouldn't really expect any less from her or any other 2 year old though. Let me know what you think!

I think that you did a great job. I really want a big nice one too but that is because all of my pics turn out crappy. Maybe your small one is way better than mine. She looks so cute!
Love the one of her pointing...i love action shots. Shes so pretty and the background of beautiful greens and yellows makes for fantastic photos of lil Paisley :) Good job.
p.s. what camera do you have? we have a small one too, it takes AWESOME photos and works for us to just grab it and run whenever! :)
Those are gorgeous! You did a great job and I love the Texas grassy field with flowers!
They all are darling but my fav would be the first and last one. So precious. I should really do something like that. I think you inspired me to go do the same. You have an eye for photography.
i totally go through photo phases where i slack on my photography and where i get real serious about it again! looks like i sparked your interest. =) i think you did a fabulous job on these photos. that manual really does help, doesn't it?! i especially like the last photo. the framing is great. keep up the good work.
